To advise that the Fleet Company Council Reps met with the Company to discuss the issue of Agency staff being employed to cover Vacancies within Fleet Depots, we asked for assurances that this would not continue and that Vacancies to be filled with SWT Staff, this request was declined.
A meeting is going to be arranged for the Fleet Company Council Reps to meet with the Unions Council of Executive and the Regional Organiser and the Assistant General Secretary to discuss the next steps of the Unions position on this issue.
