Retail Company Council Minutes.

SOUTH WEST TRAINS LTD Memorandum of SWT Company Council Meeting held at Southampton 13th March 2006. Present Representing SWT Andrew Fairbank (Chair) Employee Representatives SWT Steve Bunce (Secretary) Representing SWT Staff Side Company Council Reps: Brian Woods Rickey Goodman David Henderson John Walsh Mark Still Item 1 General Business Update Andrew Fairbank gave the following business update: TIS Dorchester and Weymouth not yet live. Decision to be made regarding any remainingAPTIS machines, for example in the CSC and at Wimbledon and Richmond ticket offices. TVM Trials of ‘TicketXpress’ machines supplied by Scheidt & Bachmann TVM at selected locations progressing well. Agreed to organise a visit to a TVM site for the Company Council representatives to understand in particular training/familiarisation including accountancy aspects. Security Passes The roll out of the new photograph ID cards for staff working, or going into, nonpublic areas at Category ‘A’ stations is underway. HSBC Rail Awards SWT successes at the recent HSBC Rail Awards are good recognition for staff and customers. Item 2 Review of Local Staff Representative Constituencies Referring to the discussion on 6 December 2006 (item 3), the SWT representatives sought a response from the Staff Side concerning the revised local staff representative constituencies proposed at that meeting. In response, the TSSA representatives said that the proposals were acceptable in principle subject to there being two clerical representative positions for the merged CCSC at Wimbledon.
