Revenue Protection LDC meeting Waterloo:
On Monday the 10 July 2006 an LDC meeting was held at Waterloo. In attendance Staff side LDC Reps: M Still A Ashiotis Z Ali Management proposed a new roster to suit the business needs, Staff side asked for the staffing requirements of coverage, so staff could propose their own version, and time to converse with the members. Management brought up the issue of the 8 week notice again, and that they believed it needed to be taken up, as it was inconsistent throughout the department. Staff side have always stated this is a restructuring term & condition and should not be changed.
