Update on Oustanding issues

Phil Bialyk (Regional Organiser) met with the company director on the 21st August 2006 to try and resolve the outstanding issues below,but unfortunately these were not resolved,so the Retail Company Council Reps have written to the Assistant General Secretary (Pat Sikorski) to arrange a meeting with the Managing Director of South West Trains to resolve these at a higher level. We will keep you updated on further developments on this.

• Clusters Southampton/Woking
• CO3 Extra Payment for using 2 forms of Ticket Technology at 2 locations these being Wimbledon and Richmond Ticket Office.
• Travel Safe Annual Leave.
