As you are all aware early talks have commenced in relation to the October 2007 pay,and further more meetings with the company to try and reduce the working week for all Grades which is our Unions committement.
It has been agreed that seperate Grade groups will split up into sub-groups within their grade groups to try and reduce the working week,but within the un-restructured grades we as a Union will not achieve this by touching any of our Terms and Conditions.
Talks are only in the early stages at the moment and the Sub-Groups included are Retail/Fleet and Train Crew Grades.
Also no percentage offer for the Pay Rise for Oct 2007 has been offered by the Company as yet.
