To advise that the RMT and TSSA Unions are currently reviewing the constituences for Health and Safety Representatives for South West Trains, a proposal has been presented to the Unions for consideration.
There is currently a few issues we have with the Proposal and these are being currently being addressed with the Company, following an agreement on this it will enable Health and Safety Representatives to attend the TUC Stage 2 course as paid release from the Company. We will keep you posted on developments on this issue and information will be posted on this site with the final agreement.
