Revenue Protection Signing on/off-South West Trains

Ref: Update for Revenue Protection Grades Members

As you are aware your elected Company Council Representatives met with the Company on the 22^nd July 2010 to discuss the issue of the Signing on/off issue for these Grade Groups in relation to making an principal agreement for all depots within South West Trains.

To update you that it has been agreed that the RMT Revenue Protection Company Council Representative (John Donoghue) along with the TSSA Representative will be visiting the elected Revenue Protection LDC Representatives to speak with them to seek information on clarification of the reasons that each depot require the allocated times for signing on/off, the date for this is yet to be confirmed and your LDC Representative will be advised of this as soon as possible.

When all this information is gathered from each individual LDC Representative the Company Council Representatives will meet with the Company in September to discuss this issue further.
