Job Descriptions (Retail Grades)

To advise that the Company Council Representatives met with the Company recently to discuss all Job Descriptions within Retail Grades, and the purpose of this was to look through all of these Job Descriptions and ensure that the reporting lines for staff were correct.

After receiving feed back from the Grades affected the Company Council Representatives had discussions with the Company on issues raised about the new proposals and we then reached an agreement to agree the principals of these documents.

The next stage will be for these to be presented to the LDC Representatives to consult with their Managers on these documents.
