To advise that your Negotiators have met with the Company to have further discussions on the October 2012 pay anniversary.
The Company have advised us that they have improved the offer on pay and this is outlined as below.
2.5% on all Rates of Pay or £500 for lower grades
2.5% on London and Regional Allowances
A new Family and Friends policy
Also to note that there was discussions on a disruption of service policy which the company wanted to attach to the pay offer this was declined.
Your negotiators have not agreed or will be recommending this offer to the members, the Company will now be writing to the Union to advise us of their final offer on this.
