SWT PASS UPDATE (Retired Staff)

As you all maybe aware that following the new Discrimination Act that came in around 12 Months ago meant that staff retireing from SWT would no longer receive this pass upon retiring from the Company. We the RMT along with other Trade Unions maintained that we could reach a suitable agreement to enable retired staff to still retain this pass,all the Full Time Officials from all 3 Trade Unions met with the company to discuss this issue,a series of meetings took place and are now awaiting a response to the outcome of the meeting and hpefully this can be resolved. More information will be displayed on this site updating our members on this as soon as imformation is received.
