To advise all members that the RMT Negotiating team along with your Regional Organiser met with the Company to discuss the October 2008 pay Talks,this Union presented our submission and discussed the submission in detail.
The Company have made a opening offer to this Union and the Offer is 4% for all grades that we represent,we have arranged further meetings on pay,and have asked the Company to review the Opening offer they have presented bearing in mind the Cost of Living for all Grades and asked the Company to increase this offer.
We will of course keep all members updated on this issue and more information on this will be posted on this website.
The next Pay Talks meeting has been arranged to take place on the 03rd October 2008.
