Changes to Ticket Office Opening Hours - South West Trains Publication Date: November 6 2008 Circular No: IR/263/08 Dear Colleague CHANGES TO TICKET OFFICE OPENING HOURS – SOUTH WEST TRAINS Further to my Circular dated the 23rd October 2008 in relation to the above matter. The matter has been placed back before the General Grades Committee and their decision is as follows: “That having met with our Representatives and the Lead Officer we note the comments made at that meeting and the ongoing position. We seek an update report from our Lead Officer after the meeting arranged with the company on the 21.11.08 under the Avoidance of Dispute Procedures. The GGC to be kept informed of all developments and also seek an urgent update report on the Political Campaign associated with this item.” I will of course, keep you fully informed on any further developments in due course.
