WIMBLEDON BRANCH VISIT

The Retail Company Council Reps Rickey Goodman and Mark Still (Apologies Brian Woods) attended the Wimbledon Branch meeting on the 30th November. They reported to the Branch about the recent October pay offer and also the issue in regards the closure of the maintanence departement of the depot at Bournemouth hence the withdrawl of the class 422 units from South West Trains. It was also reported to the Branch of the more recent issue of the Revenue Protection Stragedy put forward by the company following the meeting today with the company. The Branch Secretary thanked the Council for attending and reporting to the Branch and urged South West Train members to attend future Branch meetings to get up to date reports and raise their concerns.
